HSAs And HRAs Not As Alike As They Sound

Employees may not know their ABCs as well as they think they do when it comes to the confusing alphabet soup that is health insurance.

Even though 61 percent of workers polled in a recent Fidelity Investments survey said they have a good working knowledge of their health care benefits, more than half did not know what HSAs or HRAs are.
